Rafael Font De Mora coaching on court
On the academy courts, 2025.

Rafael Font De Mora is a Spanish tennis coach and founder of ITUSA Tennis Academy in Dénia, Alicante, Spain. Since 1985 he has coached Grand Slam finalists, Top-20 ATP and WTA players, and NCAA champions on the professional circuit.

Partnered for years with Jose Higueras and the Adidas / ITUSA Pro Team, Rafa's hands have shaped the games of Michael Chang, Pete Sampras, Jim Courier, Ana Ivanovic, Dinara Safina, Meghann Shaughnessy, Anna-Lena Grönefeld, Peyton Stearns and Brandon Nakashima.

His method is methodical — a blend of on-court technical precision, biomechanical analysis, mental preparation, and long-term planning. It is also deeply human: he develops players, not just strokes.

Players do not need more noise. They need a path.
